Phase 1: Days 1–5

Some describe it like “peeling the layers of an artichoke” to reach the heart of the matter. Be gentle with yourself. Hydrate, rest, and practice self-love.
You may crave your favorite childhood sweet treat. I’ve personally craved playing with jacks and skipping rope. Keep a sense of humor as your body sheds toxins.
Phase 2: Days 6–21
Subtle shifts begin to take hold. You may notice improved moods, fresh insights, deeper meditations, and moments of clarity. Triggers may feel less intense. This is a powerful time for journaling and gentle movement like yoga or walks in nature.
Phase 3: Weeks 3–12
