My journey to healing began early in life. As a child, fear of the unknown, illness, and world events led to severe insomnia that lasted over two decades. At the age of 5 or 6, I endured traumatic events that would resurface years later, triggering emotional struggles like Trichotillomania and other health challenges. Despite excelling academically and athletically, I faced chronic migraines, fatigue, Fibromyalgia, ADHD-like symptoms, and MCAS/POTS.

Frustrated by medications that masked symptoms without addressing causes, I discovered structured water and frequency technology in 2008. This marked the beginning of my journey into understanding the connection between mind, body, spirit, and emotions. My health improved dramatically through these insights, helping me overcome exhaustion, brain fog, food sensitivities, and nervous system dysregulation.

As a Projector 1/3 in Human Design, I bring unique clarity to identifying holistic patterns and solutions others may overlook. With over 10,000 hours of research and over $300,000 invested in training and technology, I now utilize tools like SET Biofeedback, FSM, and LENS to help others reclaim their health and life.
