About Lilian Kluivers

Lilian is committed to sharing the wisdom of Eastern medicine and energy medicine so that everyone can benefit from it.

Her book Do-In, tao yoga for health and energy is seen as a standard reference work in the field of Do-In. It has been published in English and Dutch and will be published in Spanish soon. Her second book The essence of Makko-ho and the Stretches of Masunaga shares rare insights on these often practices series. She also wrote a book on Do-In and pregnancy. Het latest book, Fly along with the Eagle contains meditative stories for children based on shamanism.

The training that Lilian Kluivers has established, Do-In Academy, offers training to master the depth of Eastern medicine and energy medicine and to pass it on as a teacher, personal trainer, and coach.

She has taught to hundreds of people of all ages and has guided them with the help of personal programs, including various top athletes. She regularly gives lectures and workshops at conferences and spiritual festivals.
