I am a coach/mentor/and meditation instructor. I help stuck people get unstuck by focusing on habit change, routine creation, and personal growth and development.

I am a Certified Life Coach as well as a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach.  I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.  I help leaders and individual contributors be the best they can be for their teams - unlocking potential in organizations and in their careers.

My gift is to provide help and guide you toward your answers. Think of me as the mall directory. I can tell you where you are and help you find different ways to get to where you want to go. I can do this while letting you know that you are not lost and will soon find your way.
