Selah Space is a Holistic Wellness Cooperative dedicated to supporting women through life’s transitions. By providing access to healing services—such as spiritual direction, massage, mental health counseling, pelvic floor physical therapy, and more—Selah Space ensures that every woman can move beyond feeling “technically fine” to truly thriving. Through funding assistance and a strong Provider Network, Selah Space not only cares for clients but also uplifts the providers who serve them. More than just a wellness space, Selah Space is a community where women heal, grow, and support one another.
