I have been practicing the art of massage and bodywork therapy for ten years. Each opportunity I have to help someone feel more grounded and connected to their body reignites my passion for this work - especially in a world that is desperately in need of heart-centered care.

My education spans the worlds of bodywork, herbalism, and yoga; though what I strive to bring to each person - beyond just the knowledge of holistic healing arts is centered presence.

$100 - 60 minutes, $140 - 90 minutes, $180 - 2 hours
Choose this appointment to create your ideal session by discussing needs, areas of focus and overall intention for bodywork. This session is a customized therapeutic blend of techniques including deep tissue, assisted stretching and swedish. All appointments include hot towels, hot stones, aromatherapy, optional cupping and a Thai herbal muscle relief balm.

Thai Massage

$100 - 60 minutes, $140 - 90 minutes, $180 - 2 hours
A traditional bodywork modality from Thailand involving assisted stretching, massage with hands or feet and acupressure. Please wear loose fitted clothing suitable for movement and stretching. All appointments include hot towels, hot stones, aromatherapy, optional cupping and a Thai herbal muscle relief balm.
