Neurodivergent Yoga
A living framework for focus, calm, energy, and flow.
Neurodivergent Yoga is a whole-person approach rooted in ancient wisdom, lived experience, and the reality of how neurodivergent systems move through the world. It is not about mastering a pose, forcing yourself into a routine, or chasing perfection. Instead, it is about meeting yourself where you are, with sensitivity, creativity, and care.
Mainstream wellness often misses the point. For those of us who experience sensory overwhelm, shifting focus, chronic fatigue, or emotional intensity, “just meditate” or “just exercise” is not enough. You do not need fixing. You need practices that fit. Neurodivergent Yoga adapts with you, not the other way around.
